Our much respected and popular Head Teacher is retiring and the governors of Asmall Primary School would like to appoint a Head Teacher who would continue to put the best interests of the children at the heart of all they do.

Following a serious fire, we are proud of our smartly refurbished building and completely new equipment stocks. However, we are prouder still of our standing in the community as a happy, nurturing and inclusive school.

We would want our new Head Teacher to:

Demonstrate the drive, leadership, creativity and flexibility to build on our current high standards of teaching and prudent financial management.

Value every child and staff member and ensure that both pupils and staff have high aspirations for achievement

Foster the well- established culture of strong, open and honest relationships with all stakeholders, children, parents, staff, governors, and the local community alike.

Continue to make learning a happy experience for every child.
