Following a long period of very successful leadership, our current Headteacher will be retiring at the end of the summer 2025 term. The Governing Board is therefore looking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational leader for our ambitious school who will continue to build on the excellent foundations that are already in place. We are looking to appoint a practising Catholic Headteacher with a strong personal faith and the vision and leadership to build and develop our school.
The ideal candidate will:- Have a clear vision and understanding of Catholic education and a commitment to promote the Catholic ethos throughout the whole school community.
- Have had recent successful leadership experience as a Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher or Assistant Headteacher and who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be able to lead staff and the whole school community with resolve and relentless enthusiasm in order to maximise the potential of every student.
- Demonstrate a clear commitment to strategic thinking and planning that builds, communicates and carries forward a coherent and shared vision for the Catholic ethos of the school.
- Demonstrate a strong record of successful school improvement.
