We are looking for a permanent, full time teacher to add to our strong team. The position will be in our EYFS class and will include subject leadership, to be negotiated once appointed. Please indicate your subject leadership skills and interests within your letter of application.
It is intended that the post will commence after Easter on Tuesday 22nd April 2025
We are seeking someone who can deliver a consistently high standard of teaching, leading to good rates of progress for all within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Key Responsibilities- Planning & Delivery: Develop and implement engaging activities that support the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and are aligned with our Christian values.
- Individual Development: Monitor each child’s progress, adapting learning approaches to meet individual needs and working closely with parents to support development.
- Faith-Inspired Care: Create a warm, inclusive environment rooted in Christian values where every child feels valued and encouraged to grow.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside colleagues to share best practices and ensure a cohesive approach to early years education.
- Safety & Welfare: Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety to ensure a secure learning environment.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who:- Has a genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting each child's unique development.
- Embodies Christian values and is committed to promoting the school’s ethos.
- Has experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
