Following the announcement of the retirement of our Head teacher, at the end of this academic year the Governing Body of St Stephens C of E Primary School are seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational leader who can drive our school on its journey to achieve excellence.

We are seeking a Head teacher who is:

inspirational and passionate about providing the best learning opportunities and personal development for all

A strong, resilient and determined leader who will drive forward our school improvement plan

A hard working team player with excellent communication skills who can motivate through positivity and energy

Able to promote the Christian ethos and vision of our school

Approachable and able to build good relationships with children, staff, parents, governors and all other members of the school community

Is committed to safeguarding the welfare of our children
