We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and keen individual, who has high standards and strong behaviour management to support individuals and small groups of children.
The appointed person will:
- Establish strong relationships with our children and their families.
- Identify any barriers for learning and provide strategies for the individuals/families to overcome these.
- Follow and work alongside any other professionals.
- Working with individuals and small groups of children to help them regulate their emotions and to support them, so they can learn and play effectively.
The post will entail a lunchtime duty supporting individuals and groups, whilst playing.
