  • Our curriculum - Our children should have equal opportunity in their future lives, whatever their background. When coupled with our evidence-based approach, the result is a knowledge-led curriculum. Alongside our leadership team, subject leaders decide what is taught and why. Teachers decide how this is taught, based on our pedagogy approach.
  • Wellbeing & Workload - Happy teachers make happy children. We place great value on our teachers’ wellbeing and work-life balance. Every decision taken has workload implications at its heart.
