The Board of Directors of the Romero Catholic Academy Trust alongside The Governors of Blessed Trinity are seeking to appoint an outstanding and dynamic professional with responsibility for the strategic leadership of SEND/Safeguarding/CLA/DP. Essential Qualifications
• Teaching Qualification.
• Degree
• National Professional Qualification in SEN coordination (or willingness to complete it)
Essential Experience
• Experience of producing and implementing strategies to support SEND provision.
• Experience of teaching within a secondary school.
• DSL trained.
• Experience of leading staff.
• Knowledge and understanding of CLA/PEP/review meetings.
Desirable Experience
• Experience of working within a secondary school having held a SENDCO role.
