Thankyou for your interest in our post. Please have a look round our website and arrange a visit so that you can really get a sense of who we are and what we stand for. I promise you a friendly and happy atmosphere which you will feel the moment you meet our wonderful staff and children. Everyone at our school is treated with respect and regarded as part of our happy family and that shows in everything we do and every decision we make. Teamwork is exactly what every member of staff is about and that is very much reflected in the way the children treat each other.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, creative and experienced class teacher who is strongly committed to becoming part of our successful team. We pride ourselves on being a nurturing school where children are happy to come in everyday and staff go above and beyond in everyway to support our amazing children. We are looking for a new member of the team who understands the importance of making every single minute in school count for our children and shares our passion for raising the next generation of children to be successful and achieve their potential regardless of any real or imagined barriers in their way; we want them to believe the sky is the limit. Of particularly importance is someone who can demonstrate a positive attitude to change and fully engages with the school vision:
When looking to the future, our vision is to ensure that Brookfield Park is increasingly regarded as:
- being the number one provider of nurture and wellbeing in our community
- being one of the best schools in our community for both academic achievement and life skills development
- being a school with a rich and broad curriculum tailored to meet the needs of every child
- being the school of choice and the thriving hub of the community
Please do arrange a visit to meet our amazing children, we would love to show you around our fantastic school.
Although the position is advertised as temporary there is the possibility of it becoming permanent, subject to next years budget and the performance of the successful candidate.
We can and will offer you a great, happy and supportive working environment where we face challenges together and laugh out loud at the many funny and heart warming moments. No-one denies that this career has its challenges but there are so many lovely moments and successes and every single child comes to us with huge potential, ready to learn and put their trust in us that everyday will be great and every activity will teach them something new. If you can offer us the very best of yourself it will be reciprocated by the whole school family. Fill your application form in and tell us all about who you are, what you stand for and what you have learnt about how children learn best.
