White Ash is an outstanding school which successfully meets the needs of pupils with a diverse range of special educational needs from 5 to 11 years old. We are a happy, nurturing and successful school with extremely high expectations of all.

White Ash was awarded 'Outstanding' in every aspect during its most recent OFSTED inspection (March 2019). We have continued to build upon this success to ensure the best possible outcomes for all of our pupils.

Essential Experience

Experience of teaching pupils with a range of learning difficulties within a special school or mainstream setting.

Experience of managing a team of classroom staff

Experience of teaching pupils in a primary setting with experience of pupils working at KS1 or EYFS level.

Desirable Experience

Experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviours

Experience of working with pupils with Generic Learning Difficulties and ASD
