Now, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced teacher to take on a leadership role in our brand-new SEND Hub, designed to support children with additional needs in a nurturing and inclusive setting.
A Unique Leadership Role
This is an exciting chance for an ambitious teacher to shape and develop a brand-new SEND Hub attached to our thriving mainstream primary school. As the main classroom teacher, you will:
- Lead and help develop the SEND Hub, with the opportunity to design and implement a curriculum tailored to the needs of our pupils.
- Work alongside our experienced and highly successful Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure our SEND provision is outstanding.
- Have the chance to innovate and introduce new teaching strategies, including outdoor learning and sensory-based approaches.
- Collaborate closely with parents, specialists, and external agencies to create a holistic and nurturing learning environment.
This role comes with a TLR 2.1, recognising the additional leadership responsibility of helping to shape a specialist provision from the ground up.
