We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our dynamic team. We are welcoming applications from ECTs and more experienced teachers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils.&£8203;
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.&£8203;
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and pupil participation.&£8203;
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil well-being and academic achievement.&£8203;
- Contributing to the wider life of the school through participation in extracurricular activities and school events.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:&£8203;
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Key Stage 1.&£8203;
- A thorough understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.&£8203;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.&£8203;
- A commitment to continuous professional development and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.&£8203;
- A passion for creating an inclusive learning environment that respects and celebrates diversity.
