The Governors of Arkholme Church of England primary school are seeking to appoint an inspirational Head teacher to lead our successful school.

The successful candidate will:
  • be guided by our mission statement
  • lead by example the shared Christian vision for the school
  • inspire the children
  • be a caring, inspirational leader who has safeguarding as a continuous priority.
  • recognise the strengths of the school and lead to develop and enhance these.
  • ensure that every child succeeds and they develop a love of learning.

  • continue to develop a strong and effective partnership with the Church and community.

    The community of Arkholme Church of England primary school is a dedicated, extended family of children, teachers, support staff and parents, valuing our pupils’ individuality, security and wellbeing as highly as their growth and learning. As we look to appoint our new head teacher we anticipate finding a leader who can understand and build upon the nurturing environment of our small school.
