The Governors at St Mary & St Andrew's Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint an inspirational, hardworking, practising Catholic to lead our popular and successful school.
The successful candidate will:- be a caring, dedicated and inspiring Catholic leader who will demonstrate, promote and develop the strong ethos and mission of our school
- maintain and develop the governors' vision for the school
- have a desire to maintain and enhance existing strengths further developing inspirational and rich learning experiences across the curriculum
- have a passion to ensure every child succeeds and reaches their full potential
- demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to teamwork
- have a work ethic that includes positivity, energy and humour
- have current pedagogical practice and knowledge
- be trauma informed.
The applicant should be highly motivated and enthusiastic, embodying our aim of developing pupils who aspire to achieve their very best in everything they do.
