Are you looking for further develop your teaching career in a school where children’s behaviour is exemplary and learning takes place without disruption? We are a small, hardworking team who enjoy our work and would love to find a fellow educator who is passionate about making a difference and teaching children who love to learn.
The Governors are looking to appoint an energetic, ambitious and enthusiastic infant teacher to the staff team. This will be a permanent 0.8 appointment, Tuesday to Friday. From the start of the summer term or earlier.
We are looking for someone who:
- is an excellent classroom practitioner able to use a wide range of effective teaching strategies with high expectations of pupil achievement and an understanding of how all children learn best;
- has had experience in EYFS and a good understanding of the KS1 curriculum;
- approaches curriculum development creatively;
- has good interpersonal skills and enjoys working as part of a team;
- is committed to continuously improving their own teaching practice so that their classroom is a place where children love to learn and staff feel fulfilled;
- will support and enhance the strong Christian tradition and ethos of the school.
