Teachers’ Pay Range with SEN allowance.     Required:1st January 2025.

Carleton Green Community Primary School are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic, innovative and creative SENDCo to further develop our existing SEND provision to enable all children to achieve well. It may be possible for the role to be part time or full time depending upon the applicant; carrying out the SENDCo role with possible teaching commitment.

has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

will be able to accept challenges, inspire and motivate others

can demonstrate the ability to effectively use assessment data

will share the school's belief that children, their learning and development of their potential are at the centre of all decisions

has the ability to engage the whole school community, including parents and external agencies to ensure every child achieves their best

has a commitment to professional development and be prepared to “think outside the box”
