The Headteacher and Governors of Penwortham Primary School are looking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher to join our school. We are looking for an experienced, inspiring, conscientious and enthusiastic teacher and SENCO to join our thriving team and be a member of the Senior Leadership Team, assisting the Headteacher in leading and managing the school. The successful applicant will need to be able to support our children to be the best that they can be and to uphold our school values, be a positive role model who will lead by example. Be able to form positive relationships within a team and have a strong commitment to providing challenging and exciting learning opportunities for all of our children.
As SENCO have an important role to play in determining the strategic development of SEND policy and provision at the school, and in the day-to-day coordination of specific provision that is made to support individual pupils with SEND.
The interview dates are 10th and 11th July 2024.
