Due to the current postholder leaving, the governors of Kirkham & Wesham Primary School are seeking to appoint a new Headteacher.
We are looking for:- An experienced leader, with the proven and adept ability to lead a strong team and bring innovation and execute changes in an ever-changing learning environment.
- A person who will inspire and develop the school's belief of high expectations and enthuse our children to enjoy their learning and to be the very best they can be.
- Someone who can ensure our school has a quality curriculum and that teaching throughout the school is creative, innovative and based on research. Ensuring this develops the talents, well-being and success of all members of the school community.
- An approachable and caring leader who can build excellent relationships with our children, parents, governors and the wider community, always having the children's learning, attainment and well-being at the heart of every decision.
- A supportive leader who can balance staff wellbeing and professional development, against the demands of a challenging role.
- Someone who will work well with the Governing Board to ensure the success of the school
