An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Team Dolphinholme and so the children, staff and governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding Reception class teacher to lead the progress, attainment and development of our pupils within the EYFS department. This includes our pre-school, Little Dolphins, and Reception Class. We are also looking for someone who has extensive experience of teaching in KS1 as the post will require leadership of this phase. This post has arisen due to the current post holder moving on to alternative employment and therefore the post advertised is a full-time, permanent position.
The post holder will need to have:- Experience of teaching and learning of children from 2 yr. olds to the end of KS1.
- Experience of leading and developing Early Years Literacy and Maths.
- Willingness to lead all aspects of the English curriculum across the whole school.
- Experience of working with SEND children and if possible, basic Makaton training.
The post would be suitable for experienced candidates.
We are excited about the prospect of adding a new teacher to our welcoming, enthusiastic and skilled team who are always open to new ideas. In return, they would be well supported by the experienced colleagues already employed at Dolphinholme.
Visits to the school are warmly welcomed and encouraged where possible. Please contact Mr Cronshaw in the main office to make an appointment. 01524 791530
