The Governors of Green Haworth C of E Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher, initially for a Year 3/4 class. The successful candidate will be joining a good school with an experienced and dedicated staff team. They will be expected to have high expectations in all areas of school life and a passion for ensuring the highest possible outcomes for pupils. Green Haworth received a good judgment from Ofsted in May 2022.

Essential Qualifications

Qualified Teacher status or equivalent

Degree/PGCE or equivalent qualifications

Desirable Qualifications

Other educational/professional qualifications

Full and active member of a church in membership of Churches together in England

Essential Experience

Successful experience of teaching in KS2 

Evidence of providing excellent provision for all pupils achieving high standards of pupil progress

An excellent understanding of and experience in using assessment and data management

Experience in leading one or more curriculum areas, including identifying needs, planning, monitoring and evaluations of standards

Proven ability in measuring progress

Desirable Experience

Successful experience teaching a mixed age class

Experience in leading an aspect of non-curricular development
