The Governors of St Anne’s Church of England Primary School are seeking to appoint a passionate and caring year 3 teacher.

    The starting salary for this appointment will be on the main scale at a point equivalent to the teacher's current or most recent grade.

  • Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
  • PGCE (unless degree is in Education)
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Desirable Qualifications
  • First Aid training 

  • Essential Experience
  • Highly effective classroom practitioner well versed in the requirements for the age range
  • Able to engage children, setting clear learning intentions which match the needs of the children
  • Knowledge of planning, assessment, evaluation and target setting appropriate to the age group
  • Experience of teaching in Key Stage 2
  • A minimum of 2 year’s teaching experience
  • Leading a curriculum subject
