Information

The Governing Board of Our Lady and St. Gerard Catholic Primary School wish to appoint a part time temporary teacher. We are looking for a teacher with excellent organisational skills, high expectations and an energy and passion for teaching. We offer the opportunity for you to work with enthusiastic children who have a love for learning. We are a school where everyone is welcome and our Catholic values underpin our daily lives.

We are looking for a candidate who will:

Be an outstanding teacher with a proven record of excellent classroom practice;

Narrow gaps in learning for disadvantaged and SEN children.;

Essential Qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status

Essential Experience

Ability to track pupil progress, analyse data and use data to inform next steps in teaching and learning.

Be able to use a range of strategies to support children with SEN.

Have used effective and positive behaviour management strategies to secure good behaviour.

Demonstrate good communication and organisational skills.
