Broadfield Specilaist School is delighted to announce the opportunity to work within our vibrant and nurturing school community with our talented and awe-inspiring young people.
The Governors and Headteacher are looking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Headteacher to join our Outstanding School. The school caters for 210 learners aged 11-19 with a wide range of SEND.
We are seeking an innovative and inspirational practitioner, who is forward-thinking, creative and progressive. The ideal candidate will posesses the passion and commitment to build upon the wonderful achievements of our school and act as a driver for further success. As part of our team you would share in our ethos and values, set ambitious and challenging targets, promote individuality and ensure our students are encouraged and supported to realise their potentials and be the best they can be.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading KS4 and will be an integral part of the schools Senior Leadership Team. Responsibilities would include oversight of the pupils, curriculum development, accreditation routes and the management of staff teams within the department. You would also be involved in whole school strategic planning, which would provide the opportunity to contribute in leading the school with the next steps on our journey.<
