The children, staff and Governors of West End Primary School are looking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and inspirational leader to work alongside the Headteacher and Governors to develop the vision, values and ethos of our school.
Our vision is lived out through out values and our excellent, engaging curriculum. We want our children at West End to be lifelong learners who have lots of different experiences and a fun and memorable time at school. We put our children at the heart of everything we do and work closely with our families to ensure that our children thrive in their time with us.

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who:- Is an outstanding teacher
- Has a passion to raise standards in English across the school.
- Will lead by example and can support, inspire and motivate others to promote excellent teaching and learning, achievement and pupil development
- Can focus clearly on the needs of the children and community and work to make sure that this translates into the school’s priorities and continued development
- Will work hard and be excited by the leadership challenges this post presents
- Is committed to aiming high and making West End the very best it can be!
