Teacher Salary + SEN allowance (£2,270 - £4,479 pa) The post is permanent and starts on 1st September 2022.

 Great Arley School is a local authority maintained special school for children aged 4 to 16 years with a wide range of special educational needs.

    The Governors are looking to appoint a teacher with the skills, expertise and experience to provide a high-quality learning experience for our wonderful children and make a positive impact to the school community. The person needs to have a self-motivated drive for self-improvement, with a passion for self-led research, professional development, collaboration with colleagues in school and the wider education community to introduce new ideas or refresh those that have been neglected. The successful person must have a passion for SEND pedagogy and a routine for pursuing the best practice for our learners, the school community and beyond.

    The best teachers are also the best SEND teachers.
