Temporary 12 month Teacher Post
Red Marsh School is an outstanding and vibrant special school that is committed to meeting the needs of all pupils. All students have an Educational Health Care Plan for a range of learning difficulties and disabilities. Red Marsh School is an all age school with pupils aged 2 to 19 years of age.
From September 2021, we require one dynamic and highly motivated classroom practitioner to join our dedicated team. The age group will reflect the candidate's abilities.
The successful candidate will:
Be passionate about teaching and learning,
Have high expectations of learning and behaviour,
Be able to use effective strategies to enhance the learning and development of pupils with SEND,
Be an outstanding classroom practitioner,
Wish to join an outstanding team as we continually strive to move forward to enhance the education and care of our pupils and SEND pupils in other settings,
Be based in a class or classes, which reflect their strength.
