The Governors of Ryelands Primary & Nursery School are seeking to appoint a temporary part time EYFS teacher to join our friendly, dedicated and highly effective staff team. This EYFS teacher position is 0.6 / 3 days a week, job-sharing with an experienced 0.6 teacher; it is a fixed term contract from 1st September 2021 to 31st August 2022. We will welcome applications from experienced teachers as well as newly qualified teachers with an EYFS specialism.
Ryelands is a happy and forward-thinking community primary school serving the Ryelands community. Our expectations are high, pupils and staff are highly valued; this is reflected in our ethos, learning environment and in all we do. There are over 400 children in school, with a nursery taking pupils from the age of two (rising threes) and two Reception classes. The EYFS phase is led by an outstanding Team Leader.
The successful candidate will need to be:
Ambitious, inspiring and passionate about pupils, learning enabling them to meet their full potential
Excellent EYFS subject knowledge
Experience of working with children in EYFS
Someone who wants to make a positive difference to the lives of our pupils
Excellent behaviour management and organisation skills
A team player, able to build successful relationships quickly with pupils, colleagues and parents / carers

This is a part time post, 3 days per week, fixed term contract until 31st August 2022.
