Information

Penwortham Primary School is seeking to employ an excellent full time teacher for our EYFS class. This is an exciting time to join the school at the start of the new EYFS framework and develop outstanding indoor and outdoor provision.

The successful candidate will:
Encourage children to be independent, inquisitive learners in a stimulating and creative environment.
Have high expectations and a caring, nurturing approach.
Have excellent subject knowledge and be able to lead a subject (to be determined) across the school.
Be able to build strong relationships with parents, staff and children and the wider community.
Support the values of the school.
Be able to make a clear commitment to whole school improvement.
Be able to advise the SLT on EYFS issues.
Lead and manage staff.
Be willing to adapt, improve and evolve with the school.
Contribute to the full life of the school.
