ACSC is a popular and thriving school that sits at the heart of the community, enjoying an excellent reputation locally and across Lancashire. The Governors of ACSC are wishing to appoint a permanent administrator to assist the school support services. We require a hardworking, reliable and motivated candidate who has a genuine desire to work in a busy school with the ability to multi-task.
We are looking for an administrator with experience of HR and general administration to join a team that is lead by the Business Manager. The successful candidate will need to work as part of this team and work well under their own initiative. Please see the Job Description and Person Specification for full details of this post.
The post is 37 hours a week, term-time only plus 5 days. These five days will consist of the first training day in September, the Summer term training day and three other days over the school holiday period.
The successful candidate will have to have a flexible approach to working to meet the needs of the school. The start and finish time are Monday - Thursday 8am – 4pm with 30 minutes for lunch, and finishing at 3.30pm on a Friday.
