The successful applicant will play a crucial role in supporting the children and their families with all aspects of school life and their learning and will be a Designated Safeguarding Officer. They will work closely with families and the community and with external agencies to offer practical help and emotional support to families with short or long term difficulties .A key element will be to ensure children, parents and carers are empowered to address various challenges and ae able to access the right support available to them. Applicants should have experience of working in a multi-agency environment and with excellent communication and influencing skills. It is essential to be able to manage their own workload, administration and diary commitments and recent training would be an advantage.
The position a full time position, term time only. The application must be on the Catholic Education Services application form and a requirement to have a Faith reference is desirable only.
