Information
We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join us as part of our EYFS/KS1 team in January 2026. The successful candidate will cover PPA in nursery, reception and year 1 for two days per week. The current working pattern for this role is Thursday and Friday, however this can be negotiated. In addition to being a creative and excellent classroom practitioner, the ideal candidate will be a determined and ambitious individual and have experience in EYFS and KS1.

  • Implementing effective assessment for learning strategies, providing formative feedback to help pupils in their learning
  • Managing pupils’ behaviour effectively and in line with the whole school behaviour management system
  • Experience in EYFS and KS1
  • Teaching phonics

  • Working in a school in similar circumstances
  • Experience teaching EAL
  • Experience of using Makaton
