A good degree in relevant subject area (at least 2.2)

Desirable Experience

Experience of teaching across the age range 11-16.

Ability to use relevant student data effectively to plan challenging and inspirational lessons.

Evidence of good or outstanding practice from observation feedback.

Ability to adapt and develop pedagogy for a range of abilities and learner styles.

Ability to use assessment effectively to move learning on.
