The children, staff and Governors of Queen's Drive Primary School, wish to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational full time class teacher, who is committed to the continual improvement of our outstanding, forward thinking and caring school. One of our Year 2 teachers is starting her maternity beginning of January and this post will be for at least the Spring and Summer Term.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate who:
- is an outstanding and creative classroom practitioner in all aspects of teaching and learning with high expectations of their pupils and of themselves;
- will have the ability and ambition to further develop our school within the classroom

- Teaching in Key Stage 1 with evidence of positive impact on pupil progress and planning
- Experience of differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEND and more able
- Experience of classroom management and maintaining a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Experience of using formative and summative assessment effectively
- Teaching in Key Stage 1 with evidence of positive impact on pupil progress and planning
