We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children in their early years, ensuring they are safe, happy, and engaged in their learning journey. 

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about developing and inspiring a life-long love of learning in children. It is essential that you have a good understanding of the EYFS and approach curriculum subjects in a meaningful, age appropriate and expressive way.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an EYFS Teacher who can:

  • Provide a stimulating, balanced and appropriate learning environment for all our remarkable children
  • Provide pastoral care and support to children within a secure learning environment
  • Help children develop curiosity and knowledge
  • Observe, assess and record each child's progress
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of our children
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and promote collaboration.
  • Work closely with our team in day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, providing regular feedback to parents.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early childhood education and childcare.
  • Positive attitude towards learning and professional development
  • Ensure that the health and safety of children and staff is maintained during all activities.
  • Maintain a clean , organised environment.
