Pear Tree is a school for children and young people aged 4-19 years with severe and profound and multiple learning needs. The post could be based in any Key Stage across the school and it will offer an exciting opportunity for a really enthusiastic and ambitious experienced or newly qualified teacher. The successful candidate will share our vision and values and work collaboratively with the school team in meeting the very diverse needs within our school.

Degree (or equivalent)

Desirable Qualifications

Essential Experience

Working with children/young people with complex learning difficulties

Teaching practice experience with SEN

Experience of working in a relevant classroom/ service environment

Desirable Experience

Teaching across the age range 4-19

Working with children/ young people with challenging behaviour
