St. Patricks RC Primary is a 1FE Catholic primary school with 200 pupils from Reception to Year 6. Our school is known for its warm welcome, supportive governing board, well-behaved children, and committed senior leaders. In addition to the leadership responsibility, the postholder will have teaching responsibilities and will be expected to coordinate subject(s).

We are seeking an exceptional practising Catholic individual. In this role, you will:
• Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of our wonderful school

• Lead on curriculum development, assessment and learning

• Support and challenge team members when needed with fairness compassion and confidence, including line-managing TAs, setting SMART targets and carrying out appraisals

• Be a hardworking, loyal and honest member of our team who will contribute to making our school even better
