The governors, staff and pupils of St. Stephen’s Primary School are seeking to appoint a new headteacher who will provide us with outstanding leadership as our school takes its next step on its journey. Our new headteacher will be able to inspire and motivate our school community, lead with integrity, and embrace innovation to raise standards further. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strategic thinker, and a collaborative leader who values and champions the contributions of all stakeholders with a strong Christian faith.
Governors are seeking someone who:- Is committed to safeguarding and the welfare and wellbeing of children and staff

- Who will have a strong commitment to working in partnership with parents, community, and parish
- Will lead the school to ensure all children flourish educationally and socially
