Pear Tree is a school for children and young people aged 4-19 years with severe and profound and multiple learning needs. The school has gone through an expansion in recent years and now boasts a new Sixth Form, Rowan Centre and 'Compass Centre' for young people with autism, complex needs and challenging behaviour. The post holder may be based anywhere in school depending on the candidate's skills and previous experience and it will offer an exciting opportunity for a really enthusiastic experienced teacher or ECT. The successful candidate will share our vision and values and work collaboratively with the school team in meeting the very diverse needs within our school.
