Brunshaw Primary School are looking to appoint a full-time class teacher to join our excellent team in September 2025. The placement of our new team member will depend upon their individual skills and experience along with the needs of the school.&£8239;
Brunshaw Primary School is an inclusive and&£8239;happy&£8239;two form entry school that is rapidly growing with the exciting addition of two new SEN Units. The school has an experienced staff team and leadership is strong at all levels. We are very proud of our school. Our children are very well behaved and highly motivated. This was recognised recently by the local authority as the school was awarded ‘Gold’ for its Behaviour Quality Mark. The school is central to the local community, and we have a growing number of supportive parents / carers as well as an experienced Governing Board.

Demonstrate a proven track record of effective teaching and positive impact in a primary school setting
A thorough knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum/EY Framework
Ability to provide effective marking and feedback to help learners progress
A secure understanding of Assessment for Learning Strategies and their implementation
Ability to meet the needs of all learners
