Information

The governors of Balladen Community Primary School wish to appoint a class teacher with TLR from September 2025 to work in Key Stage 2. You must be hardworking, experienced, dedicated and passionate about learning and have a drive to make a difference to the education of all pupils across the school. We are looking for a teacher who can lead Maths, help develop our young staff, is a team player who wants the best for all and has a drive to instil a love of learning for all and improve outcomes.

You will:

Have adaptability and flexibility in working practices and the ability to know when to use initiative

Have a high degree of professionalism in your approach to work

Be an outstanding practitioner

Be able to motivate others

Be able to monitor teaching and learning of English and know how to move it forward

Be a role model to colleagues

Be well organised and have high expectations of learning, achievement, progress and behaviour

Enthusiastic, driven and willing to take an active role in every aspect of school life
