Following the successful promotion of our current Headteacher the governors of Coppull St John’s CE Primary school are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and inspirational leader, with the vision and energy to continue and further enhance our school’s spiritual and academic excellence.
We provide an outstanding education for our children in a safe, nurturing environment. We currently have 86 children on roll from Reception to Year 6.

We are looking for someone who:- Puts the children first by creating an environment in which they can grow and where individual talents are celebrated
- Will foster an inclusive ethos throughout the school
- A proven track record of effective leadership and management of people and a commitment to working in partnership with governors, staff, parents, Church, other schools and the local community.
- Will be an innovative and inspirational leader of our staff, enabling their continued growth and development
- Is an outstanding educator who is passionate about teaching; this role does have a teaching commitment
- Someone who will contribute to the vision and mission of St John’s CE Primary School within the school, the parish and the wider community
Proposed interview date- Shortlisting will take place on 8th May 2025.
- Interviews will take place over two days, 19th and 20th May 2025.
Shortlisted applicants will be expected to attend on both days and further details will be provided to candidates called to interview.
