We are seeking to appoint a reflective and inspirational teacher to join our successful school and be part of a team of dedicated, enthusiastic teachers.
We are looking to appoint a teacher in KS2 to build on our existing strengths and achievements, who have a commitment to Christian education and the Christian ethos of the school, and is a highly motivated, dynamic and caring individual.
Situated in a pleasant former mill town in the Rossendale valley, St. James’ C of E was described by OFSTED as heading towards outstanding (April 2024). It was judged Excellent in its SIAMS inspection (as at July 2019).
We are looking for:
- An outstanding and creative classroom practitioner with a proven track record of improving children's learning across the curriculum.
- An ambitious teacher who will care for our children, their learning and well-being.
- A positive role model who will lead by example and form positive relationships within a team and to bring out the best in others.
