The governors of Goosnargh Oliverson’s C of E Primary School are looking to appoint a classroom teacher to join our friendly and dedicated team covering the maternity leave of our current Year 6 teacher.
Goosnargh Oliverson’s is a happy and exciting place to learn, currently catering for over 200 wonderful children between the ages of 4 to 11. There is an outstanding onsite nursery and the school is situated in a rural setting, benefitting from an outstanding outdoor space. It has an excellent reputation and boasts a strong family feel; learning with joy, love and laughter is at the heart of all we do. Parents are incredibly supportive and our children are keen to learn. The school has had recent successful OFSTED and SIAMS inspections over the last 8 months.

Experience in effectively using assessment to inform teaching and learning
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Have excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Experience of planning for other adults in the classroom

A good sense of humour
Experience of Key Stage 2 statutory assessment
