The Governors of Padiham Green CE Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and talented Deputy Headteacher to work alongside our hardworking, dedicated team and support our Headteacher.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing leader with a clear educational philosophy and vision to join our happy church school. The successful candidate will be flexible, creative, ambitious and eager to make a difference in our children’s lives, they will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
We are looking for a non-class based deputy headteacher, with SENDCo responsibility, who:- Has a passion for pastoral care and a working knowledge of SEND.
- Has the skills and knowledge to monitor, evaluate and influence whole school improvement.
- Has excellent organisational skills.
- Is committed to safeguarding the welfare and wellbeing of children, staff and visitors.
- Has excellent interpersonal skills.
- Can embrace and live out our school Christian vision.
- Is a team player with a cheerful disposition.
