Holly Grove School is an outstanding primary school (2 – 11 years) for pupils with generic learning difficulties.
As our current Headteacher retires, the Governor Board wishes to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic, forward thinking and committed Headteacher to join our outstanding leadership team. We are looking for an inspirational Headteacher whose passion, vision and leadership will continue to guide our school into the future.
The position presents an opportunity for a visionary and innovative leader to continue to provide our pupils with a high quality, creative curriculum which inspires and engages our children. The children must be at the heart of everything whilst ensuring, as Headteacher they engage with all stakeholders.
Our school is located on a PFI shared campus and has grown in size over recent years. We now have 2 designated spaces for upper and lower school with a wealth of additional resources, e.g. Rebound Room, Emotional Regulation Rooms, a Nurture Room, an Intervention Room, and a Hydrotherapy pool.
The successful candidate must be committed to sustaining regular attendance at work.
The successful candidate must promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage physical activity/movement throughout the day.

The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
