The Governors of Chaucer Primary School are seeking to appoint a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team, in a KS1 SEND classroom for children with social communication and interaction needs.
We are looking for a teacher who can:- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to support students with communication and language needs
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents and colleagues
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students with SEND
- Be responsible for delivering EHCP provision
- Contribute to annual reviews
This is a full-time position starting in April 2025, temporary for 1 year, initially, subject to funding. If you are enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of students with SEND, we would love to hear from you.
