We are looking to recruit a Deputy Headteacher who is innovative, creative and truly dedicated to providing a high quality education within the early years phase. Essential Qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status.

Degree

Desirable Qualifications

Early Years Specialism.

Essential Experience

Experience of leading curriculum development.

Experience of using effective strategies to monitor, review, evaluate and improve staff performance of teaching and learning.

Experience of guiding, mentoring, or training individuals or teams.

Experience of working in partnership with parents to engage them in their child's educational development.

Desirable Experience

Successful leadership as a Deputy Headteacher, Assistant Head or Foundation Stage Leader.

Experience of leading and managing a large team of Teaching Assistants in order to ensure consistency in curriculum implementation.

Experience of undertaking the role of SENCO.

Experience of working as a multi-agency team.

Experience of using attachment aware approaches effectively in practice.
