  • Experience of leading curriculum development.
  • Experience of using effective strategies to monitor, review, evaluate and improve staff performance of teaching and learning.
  • Experience of guiding, mentoring, or training individuals or teams.
  • Experience of working in partnership with parents to engage them in their child's educational development.

  • Desirable Experience
  • Successful leadership as a Deputy Headteacher, Assistant Head or Foundation Stage Leader.
  • Experience of leading and managing a large team of Teaching Assistants in order to ensure consistency in curriculum implementation.
  • Experience of undertaking the role of SENCO.
  • Experience of working as a multi-agency team.
  • Experience of using attachment aware approaches effectively in practice.
