We are looking to recruit a Deputy Headteacher who is innovative, creative and truly dedicated to providing a high quality education within the early years phase. - Experience of using effective strategies to monitor, review, evaluate and improve staff performance of teaching and learning.
- Experience of guiding, mentoring, or training individuals or teams.
- Experience of working in partnership with parents to engage them in their child's educational development.
- Experience of leading curriculum development.
- Desirable Experience

- Successful leadership as a Deputy Headteacher, Assistant Head or Foundation Stage Leader.
- Experience of leading and managing a large team of Teaching Assistants in order to ensure consistency in curriculum implementation.
- Experience of undertaking the role of SENCO.
- Experience of working as a multi-agency team.
- Experience of using attachment aware approaches effectively in practice.
- Successful leadership as a Deputy Headteacher, Assistant Head or Foundation Stage Leader.
