Due to the successful promotion of our current Assistant Headteacher to Deputy Headteacher, we are keen to appoint an enthusiastic, forward-thinking colleague to join an experienced and highly successful Leadership Team. You will have excellent time management, inter-personal and organisational skills, together with an ability to support teams in working together, while showing commitment to ensure equality of opportunity and accountability for all. You will already be an excellent classroom practitioner with recent experience of leading an area across the school and a proven track record of leading whole school development. You must be someone who wants to thrive and develop your career by working at Mayfield. The successful candidate will lead on curriculum development across school. This is a key strategic appointment to the Senior Leadership team, assisting with day-to-day management of the school along with a timetabled teaching commitment across our post 16 provision.
