Saint Bede’s Catholic High School is a thriving, oversubscribed and highly successful school. It is situated in the pleasant resort town of Lytham, with easy access to the motorway network. Saint Bede’s is a highly effective school viewed by the pupils as ‘an inclusive, safe and aspirational community’.  During our Ofsted inspection Inspectors were ‘struck by the positive attitude, courtesy and the high levels of self-esteem consistently demonstrated by the pupils’. Standards of attainment are high and pupils are well-motivated and keen to learn.

The Governors are seeking to appoint a well-qualified and innovative teacher to assist the Head of English in leading the department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, exceptional teacher to develop and use their abilities and knowledge within a supportive environment.
