Spring Hill Community Primary School?

The Governing Body are seeking to appoint a passionate and dynamic Headteacher who has the vision and energy to propel our school forward. We want the best for our lovely children and would like our new Headteacher to share this desire and build upon the leaps in improvement that have already been made, as well as being a motivated, empathetic and strategic leader for our friendly school.

Our new Headteacher will:

Promote and secure quality first teaching throughout school that is creative, innovative and based on research through the effective deployment of senior leadership and all staff.

Be an approachable and caring leader who can build excellent relationships with our children, staff, parents, governors and the wider community, always having the children's learning, attainment and well-being at the heart of every decision.

Have a proven strategic understanding of effective financial management and analysis.
