As a result of the early retirement of our current Headteacher, the Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and talented Headteacher to work in partnership with governors, staff and the community, to lead the future development of our happy, welcoming and successful school.
We are looking for an outstanding leader of learning, who can bring drive and passion, to build on our ethos, strengths and values.
We expect our new Headteacher to:- bring vision and strategy
- have strong interpersonal skills
- be visible to our whole school community
- value building positive relationships
- build on the curriculum delivered in school
- develop the staff to provide a strong learning offer that helps our children achieve their full potential.
